On Wednesday we went to Austin to have Ryder's eye surgery done. Ryder's left eye goes out occasionaly so the Doc went in and loosened the outer muscle of both of Ryder's eyes. He was put under anesthesia and the procedure lasted about 40 mins. He did great. The only time he got upset was when the nurse put his name bracelet around his ankle. He wanted it off and got mad. Other than that he was great. He came back from the OR still asleep and slowly woke up in my lap. We stayed for about 45 mins and then we got to go home. As soon as we got in the car he popped up from sleep and wanted to watch his movie and drink his juice. By the time we got back to my friend Megan's house he was good to go. You would never know he had anything done except for his red eyes.

After surgery. His eyes will stay red for 7-14 days
